The new and exclusive structure of the steering system, with double-acting cylinder built into the front axle, creates a different steering angle between the wheel on the inside of the curve and the one on the outside.
The inner steering radius becomes a mere 1.30 meters while the ground clearance increases thanks to the absence of the linking bar between the wheels.
Both steering systems feature a power steering unit supplied by a dedicated pump with 19 liters/minute (6660) or 22 liters/minute (6675) flow rate that does not impair the other hydraulic functions in any way.
